The Royal Automobile Club of Victoria consolidated its facilities in a new building at 501 Bourke Street, with Deacons Lawyers (now Norton Rose Fulbright) as an anchor tenant.

It comprises 17 levels with five levels of club facilities, including lounges, bars, function rooms, a health club, swimming pool, spas, squash courts, library and cafes.
